Yep...That is the MOSO I cut down in Birmingham, AL......and yes, I have several signs around Warning folks of the Dogs AND more importantly, the Owner.....

When I looked at your first picture, I thought you were playing a joke with a Photoshop trick. My impression was that you had two garden sheds in the background with impossibly large pieces of bamboo for sides. After several more seconds of study -- and noticing the strings holding them up -- I realized they were birdhouses in the foreground!
